Relaxing effort that simultaneously relaxes and strengthens. A crossover with techniques of the back school could result into techniques that are better applicable for our western physics.

I did not like the mantra chanting in the beginning of the course, but you feel that they bring you to peace. The Yoga teacher explains everything very well, I am satisfied that I can do yoga again. I will for sure continue with this course.

I am happy that I got to know Yoga. I feel much better and more relaxed after the classes. I am an asthmatic patient and I feel that my breathing is better after the yoga session. I breath easier and I am in the mood to go for a walk and be outside.

Excellent balance between the effort of the exercises and the relaxation moments. Very good gradually build up of the exercises. What is important for me is that the teacher says on a regular bases what the exercises are good for (e.g. blood circulation, thyroid gland), so you know why you are doing that kind of exercise, it makes it more interesting. Very nice that the teacher shares her knowledge and it is a very special experience from the first moment on, which quickly evolved into a weekly blissful experience. Thank you for the Yoga!

Good teacher. She explains the exercises very well, how to do them and what they are good for. The chanting with the yoga makes the class more varied and fun and more peaceful. Pleasant room, pleasant atmosphere. I absolutely do not get the feeling that you have to achieve something, no pressure.
